**Deposits: **
A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required upon receipt of your invoice to secure your reservation. We accept cash, cheques, Interac e-Transfer, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Please note that there is an additional fee of 1.65% for payments made with American Express.
**Balance of Payment: **
The remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in. Any additional charges must be settled before check-out.
**Cancellation Policy: **
Upon cancellation, 75% of the deposits are transferable to a booking for the following year. Please note that any changes to the number of guests, packages booked, guide services, or boat rentals require a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Failure to provide notice will result in the reservation holder being billed for the total original amount upon arrival.
**Boat Orientation: **
All guests who have a boat as part of their package are required to attend a boat orientation. During this orientation, we will review safety equipment, boat operation, and provide a map of the Little Vermillion Lake System. The orientation typically takes between 20 to 30 minutes.
**Cleaning/Damage Fees: **
A cleaning fee of USD 300.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for any cabin left in excessive disarray. Unreported damage to cabins or boats will incur a 30% USD surcharge on top of the repair or replacement cost.
**Smoking: **
Smoking is only permitted in the screen porch area of the lodge and outside the cabins. A fee of USD 300.00 will be charged to the credit card of any guests found smoking inside the cabins. All breakage or damage to cabins, cabin contents, boats, outboard motors, and other equipment is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder. All repairs will be billed at cost to the credit card on file.
**Undesirable Conduct: **
Owners and management reserve the right to terminate any guest’s stay due to undesirable behavior or conduct, without a refund.
**Noise: **
All guests are required to maintain reasonable quiet after 11 PM.
**Children: **
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
